Fink Cards have joined forces with Enterprise Lab to start valuable conversations with young people around Enterprise and Employability. These cards will get students talking so they can develop their skills and explore important topics around Youth Enterprise and Employability.
Great conversations start by asking good quality questions – and that's what Fink does, we produce materials that get people talking, our job is to ask the questions but we don't have the answers; it's up to your students to find those!
Fink Cards offer peer to peer learning opportunity, by encouraging young people to share their views honestly and openly they have an opportunity to learn and grow. It also offers a great opportunity to improve communication skills.

Skills Enrichment Programme
6 week programme delivering Social, Employability and Enterprise Skills in Education
The Skills enrichment programme is developed to provide every student with a tangible programme to suit their learning and development level. The programme features leadership programming, enterprise and employability campaigns and a peer to peer engagement programme designed to encourage active listening, communication and peer to peer support.
NEETs Programming North West
Working with job providers in the North West to develop sustainable skills and expertise programming to young people not in education, employment or training to re-engage and get into employment.
This programme is designed to engage NEETs and provide essential skills and experiences tailored around the requirement employers are looking for so that they can be progressed into Apprenticeships, Short Term Contracts or Full Time/Part Time employment.
